Clean, quiet and safe. I moved in April 2021 to a one bedroom unit and it's been great. The office staff are very friendly and available to answer your questions. The location is great since it's right across the street of a strip mall.

I love my Apartment Home, very nice, spacious and is conveniently located near stores, restaurants and shopping. The grounds are well kept, the hallways are clean and the neighbors are friendly. The Leasing Staff and the maintenance crew are courteous and professional, they're absolutely the best. Governors Green is the place to live

I have lived here almost 6 years. It's a great community, feels safe, grounds are kept clean daily and I'm close to the stores and things I need. I'm 35-45 minutes from DCA airport and 30-35 minutes from BWI

It's always been a nice community. It's close to many shopping areas. So it's very convenient for work and everything else. I've been here quite a while, so I know the area. And the new owners and management brings new "eyes" and concepts to better the community, and it is welcomed as a resident.
