This community felt "right" from the start. From my initial call, to the personal tour, and breakdown of amenities, Eboni was great and extremely helpful. It's a great location with relatively decent prices.

Of all the shiny new communities that are within a 15-20 mile radius these apartments are hands down the BEST! My home feels like it was made just for me, the neighbors are nice, the leasing staff is very helpful and as professional as they can be and overall I'm so glad that I was directed to this community. I will definitely be here until I get married or purchase a home - whichever comes first but for now, I'm kicking up my feet and getting really cozy here!

I love my apartment. The area is nice and quiet, well kept, and no issues with parking even in late hours. I like the location of the community; it is near the exit and close to many shops, restaurants, gas stations. It is very convenient.

So far since I been living here, I've had no issues. The leasing office staff has always been very friendly and professional. Whenever I needed to call for maintenance service, they've always came and fixed whatever needed to be done. I love my apartment and community. Governor Green Apartment Homes are the best.

My Leasing Consultant was Tina and she is absolutely wonderful. I put in my application in December of 2021 and the fact that she remembered me from when I toured the apartment months before that was amazing. The grounds are always kept up and clean. The complex is extremely quiet and the maintenance staff are respectful and polite to me.

Governor Green Apartments community is quiet, clean and has a great connection to shopping, community events, highways, repair shops & all you can imagine. The staff is friendly, maintenance is reliable and our residence portal is always up and I can communicate and receive quick replies from staff.

Best community I've lived in by far. Second time leasing here and i can't get enough, i don't know if it's the people who come get the trash, or maintenance that comes no later than a day after a request is put in! The office stay is amazing Ms.Qwantina is my favorite by far!

The community is well equipped with adequate facilities like swimming pool, gym, out door chairs and a safe playground for kids. The environment is clean and reasonable serene. I will enjoy it's proximity to my child's school and my place of work too. The playground has been the top most excitement for my daughter and she looks forward to every moment.
