I lived here going on three years and I love it. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and is always clean. Maintenance and the staff are great and professional. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend Governors Green to a friend or family member.

It is a quiet community with plenty of parking spaces and quiet apartment living. You don't even hear your neighbors which is nice. Service picks up trash daily at your door. The personnel is very friendly and helpful whenever you call.

Clean, quiet and safe. I moved in April 2021 to a one bedroom unit and it's been great. The office staff are very friendly and available to answer your questions. The location is great since it's right across the street of a strip mall.

It is in the perfect location. You are next to route 50 to go into DC or go to Annapolis or the beach areas in Delaware or Ocean City.Neighbors are nice and friendly and so is the staff in the office.
